Our event might not be as legendary as the Mt. Baker Banked Slalom but that doesn’t mean it ain’t a darn good time. Burms were made, times were clocked, and radness abounded at this year’s 22nd-ish annual Banked Slalom. With one of the biggest turnouts we have ever had, last Sunday was a beautifully fun and goofy day; just what you have all come to expect from EOW. Thanks to all of our volunteer diggers who showed up Friday through Sunday to help make sure the course was everything it should be. Results posted below, as well some great photos provided by Andy Kemmis. Enjoy and we will see ya next year!

Results!

A few course diggers take a look at how their work is turning out while Conrad cruises the course.

EOW team rider Jeff Stahl grabs a hot roast beef to go...

EOW's denim posse showed up to get rowdy too...

I'm pretty sure all I could hear when this went down was "DAMN!" Hot hands doin' what he does best.

The groms came out hard this year; keep your eyes out for these mini shralpers!

Kat enjoying the fruits(?) of her labor. And by labor I mean winning worst wreck for the day.

Youngest shredder of the day, Marly Rosenboom, 5 years old. This guy hiked every gate he missed so he wouldn't be DQ'd. Seriously amazing.

It is rumored that Ross Peterson had the fastest time of the day; I say it was the beard that really won it.

See you next year...
